By accessing or using www.jaros.in, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below.

1. Product Authenticity

All jewellery is handcrafted in 925 sterling silver.
Minor variations in finish or detailing are natural and not considered defects.

2. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are in INR (₹).

• We accept UPI, cards, net banking & wallets.

• COD available (charges may apply).

• Prices may change without prior notice.

3. Shipping

• Orders dispatch within 1–2 business days.

• Delivery timeline: 3–7 business days based on location.

• Tracking is shared upon dispatch.

4. Exchange Policy (No Refunds)

We do not offer refunds.
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery for:

• Wrong item received

• Manufacturing defect

• Damaged during transit

Conditions:

• Product must be unworn & in original packaging

• Unboxing video required

• No exchange for “change of mind” or natural silver tarnish

5. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours if not shipped.

• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

6. Intellectual Property

Designs, images and content belong solely to JAROS.

7. Governing Law

These Terms follow the laws of India and disputes fall under Agra jurisdiction.
